  In February 2016, I suffered a broken hip in an accident. After an early discharge from hospital with a complete hip replacement, I entered a physiotherapy program, but my back pain was constant and prevented me from doing exercises to regain muscle strength and mobility.
  The pain would not allow me to live a "normal" life. Simple chores like vacuuming, garbage removal and even washing dishes became pain filled events. I became very depressed, housebound and frustrated that no one was taking my pain seriously.
  My sisters convinced me (against my surgeon's and GP's advice) to seek a solution through Chiropractic care.
  I quickly started to see changes: the swelling in my leg decreased, my pain abated, I became much more energetic and mobile. I am no longer depressed and suffer much less and for shorter periods of time. My doctor, surgeon and therapist were all surprised and thrilled to see my improvements!
  I have since been able to re-start my program in Physio that will regenerate core strength and muscle lost due to the original operation.
  Working with Dr. Tulk, Dr. Todd along with a physiotherapist has brought back the painless mobility I once had, and helped give me hope when I feared I would never recover.
